My greatest passion is branding; creating identities that are not only visually striking but strategically sound. Whether shaping a new brand, refining an existing one, or helping a brand reach new audiences, I believe the best design is rooted in smart, simple ideas that connect with real human beings.

Senior Designer, Art Director Decker

2021 - Present

As a Senior Designer/Art Director hybrid, I drive concept development and deliver polished, prepress-ready work. I lead the art direction for a production artist, motion designer, and web developer, balancing ADA compliance, UX/UI expertise, and brand storytelling to create engaging digital experiences. I am the sole brand system designer on my team. From refreshing existing brands to building new ones from the ground up, I apply a holistic approach – aligning design with strategy, user needs, and industry best practices. Always hands-on, always raising the bar for digital creativity.

At Cronin, I tackled design projects from concept to execution, producing innovative, brand-driven work across digital and print platforms. I led design efforts for Amica Insurance, directing the responsive consumer resource website and supporting a comprehensive brand refresh.

My role extended beyond digital; I served as lead print production designer and primary resource for web maintenance and digital marketing. Whether designing websites, print materials, online ads, or custom illustrations, I ensured every touchpoint met brand standards while capturing attention.

As a contract-based Art Director, I took charge of the entire creative process, from conception to final product delivery. I generated innovative ideas and provided strategic direction based on industry trends. Collaborating with a talented, multidisciplinary team, I oversaw the development of various graphic deliverables for both B2B and B2C audiences. My responsibilities included brand implementation, website design, and print asset production. With my leadership, the team produced high-quality projects that met and exceeded client expectations.
